3.4 Account Closure by Player

In the event of termination for cause, gbaijee may withhold any balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeit those balances entirely.

10.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by gbaijee — all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any Real Money Balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of all outstanding compliance checks. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination of these Terms and continue in full force.

10.5 Governing Principles
